Minister of Economy and Energy Traycho Traykov presented on April 29 certificate for investment class "A" company "HR 5 IVTS Bulgaria Ltd for its project" Wind Farm Lozenets municipality Krushari (Dobrich).

"HR 5 IVTS Bulgaria EOOD - Dobrich, e subsidiary of IWC GmbH (" Innovative Wind Concepts "). The German company is based in Husum. IWC is a joint venture of Siemens Project Ventures (SPV) GmbH and Windkraft Nord AG projects in Central and Eastern Europe.

The project of "IVTS Bulgaria HR 5" will be built wind farm with capacity of 140 MW on land leased to the village downtown, and Zementsi Zagorci. The number of wind turbines will be 59. Forecast annual output of electricity is 350,000 MWh. The project will be completed at the beginning of 2013, total investment is 440 million project is financed by own funds of IVTS Bulgaria HR 5 and from bank loans.
